When enlarging the font size the cookie banner doesn't scale and content is cut off.

Content areas with scrollbars in the cookie banner are not very high which makes it difficult to read the content.

Keyboard focus is not always automatically transferred into the cookie banner.

Screenreader focus is not automatically transferred into the cookie banner. It is possible to navigate behind the banner. In this case focus is hidden.

Multiple fields of wizards are labeled "Ich bin". This makes it unclear what the options to select will be without interacting with the field.

PDFs are not tagged and therefore not accessible.

Enforcement procedure

If the response from the above contact is not satisfactory, you may file a complaint with the Austrian Research Promotion Agency (FFG). The FFG accepts complaints filed online via the electronic contact form.

The FFG will examine whether the complaint relates to violations of the Web-Zugänglichkeits-Gesetz (WZG), particularly to failure on the part of the federal government or associated institutions to comply with the accessibility requirements

If the complaint is justified, the FFG will make recommendations for action to the federal government or the legal entities concerned and propose measures designed to remedy the problem.
